The PBS runs the only
children’s poetry book club in the world.
The CPB Selectors choose the best new and backlist
children's poetry written for 7-11 year-olds.
The parents, teachers and librarians who are members
of our Children's Poetry Bookshelf receive a parcel
of books every term, together with children’s
activity sheets if they sign up for them. (see
right panel).
All CPB Members receive:

poetry posters, teaching tips and discussion ideas
related to the selected books

Collections and anthologies
Each term,
CPB Selectors pick the best single author collection
and the best anthology of poetry suitable for 7-11 year
olds.
All CPB members receive these two books each term -
but Premium members also receive a third recommended
book - either a single author collection or an anthology.
